    - Production & Revisions:

      • We allow up to three (3) rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

      • Any additional revisions may incur an extra fee, communicated in advance.

    - Delivery of Final Files: Digital files are delivered via secure download links or through a cloud-sharing service.

 

   4.2. Shipping Policy (If Physical Items Apply)

    - We ship through reputable carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).

    - Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout or specified in your quote.

    - Because of the custom nature of our 3D modeling and rendering work, refunds are generally unavailable once production has started or deliverables have been shared.

    - If you are dissatisfied, please contact us so we can discuss a resolution, which may include a partial refund, additional revisions, or other remedies.

 

   5.2. Return & Refund Policy (Physical Goods, If Applicable)

    - Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 7 of delivery with photos. We may offer a replacement or a full/partial refund as appropriate.

    - Return Process: Email us at help@kermitlabs.com to initiate a return. Once approved, we will provide shipping instructions.

 

   5.3. Cancellation Policy

    - Before Work Begins: You may cancel your project for a full refund if we have not started production.

    - After Work Begins: If cancellation occurs after production starts, you may be charged for work completed up to that point.

    - Cancellations must be requested in writing via email for proper documentation.

   - Certain software or design processes may be subject to export controls or regulatory limitations. We will inform you if any such restrictions apply to your project.
